History

Caring For Others, Inc. (CFO) (501c3) is a homelessness prevention organization

established in November 2001 to facilitate personal dignity and provide basic necessities to economically-disadvantaged individuals, senior citizens, the disabled, the unemployed, and families with children. CFO provides a continuum of on-site services to now nineteen (19) zip codes around the Atlanta metro area they are: 30030, 30034, 30236, 30260, 30291, 30296, 30297, 30331, 30310, 30311, 30314, 30315, 30316, 30317, 30320, 30337, 30344, 30349 and 30354. We empower families with life skills, job training, and career counseling to encourage economic self-sufficiency for a better quality of life. CFO also collaborates with government agencies, social service organizations, and churches around the State to provide new clothing furniture and books to economically-disadvantaged communities.
